Once a month I offer a meditation event. The type of meditation varies from time to time.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
First of all we will warm up and prepare the body for the meditation with light stretches. We release all muscles and relax. Afterwards I will guide you through the meditation
You do not need experience or knowledge about meditation, the meditation is suitable for anyone with an open mind
Meditation can help release stress, increases concentration, creativity and immune function, makes you happy and much more
The meditation evening is donation based, so that anyone can participate. Just give how much you can or want to. Suggested donation 5 – 15€
The guided meditation takes place in my yogaroom at my house, you will receive the address after you sign up.
The spots are very limited, so registration is necessary. Please only sign up if you actually want to come and if life gets in the way, please cancel so that someone else can take your spot.
